Description

Bill (me), a mad rugby fan & referee traditionally trained in Torquay in the late 70's, I went on to become a manager at age 21. From there I worked for Bass leisure running multi facet complexs in Leicester & Torquay Followed by 5 years as a manager of the Berni Empires flagships in Weston & Windsor. Then Harvester & Travelodge beckoned for 5 years as a Manager & Area Manager. A move as an area manager to Old English Inns & Greene King kept me busy for another 9 years.A brief spell at Banks followed.My personal aim was to always recruit, motivate & develop all my managers & staff.So the change to running my own training company was a great natural next step!!
