The all papers of LL.M. should be encouraging postgraduate student to comparative study, analyses, and articulate essential feature and principles (if any) of the subject. 2. New developments, amendments and latest case law in any concerned field shall be part of the syllabus. 3. Duration of each theory paper for exam: Three Hrs. 4.
