This course provides an overview of the main international commercial law issues that arise in a multiplicity of transactions.
This course covers those aspects of law that commercial law practitioners could expect to encounter on a regular basis, including contract law, employment law, competition law, intellectual property and environmental law. The overarching aim of this LLM course is to facilitate the recognition and appreciation of international commercial law. It also permits detailed study of some aspects of law.
This LLM course is provided by the School of Law in conjunction with Henley Business School, providing an invaluable opportunity to acquire a unique combined perspective of financial and commercial law issues.
