LLM International Corporate and Financial Law

This course will challenge your thinking and stimulate your academic aspirations in the field of international corporate and financial law. You will be able to acquire and develop enhanced knowledge and critical analysis of key themes of financial and corporate law set against an international backdrop. You will gain an awareness of contrasting legal perspectives through the study of relevant literature; and will appreciate the roles of both national and international law and its impact and / or application to the English jurisdiction and legal practice.
