When I first arrived to London my English was ok but I had few problems with the accent but here I spent all the are within the people from all around the world whose level of English was great that helped me to improve it a lot

Sometimes the exam can be difficult at some point of time but you should prepare them in advance if you want to. You will get pass without any problem so it will be all fine

About the course:
The university is amazing to improve your English and communication skills there you will learn lots of things. The teachers are really helpful and British universities are based on research in science studies so I really enjoyed it here

If you divert your mind you will be happy don't give up on medical insurance in your country as a system in the UK can get you into another university if you want a well-paid job. The teachers are really helpful and very supportive

If you are living in a Germany then you should open an account in deutsche bank. As they have partnership with Barclays bank from where you can withdraw money without paying any commission fees
