MA Creative Enterprise: Film Pathway

On this highly flexible programme, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in critically informed filmmaking.
This pathway is ideal if you are looking to develop a career as a filmmaker, creative producer, film programmer or in applied film research. The study of film aesthetics and moving image culture will inform your work in film production, and this is combined with modules on entrepreneurship and management to prepare you for professional work in this dynamic and creative field.
In the first stages of the degree you will choose modules from a selection of "Film Production", "Film Aesthetics", "Film and Moving Image Culture", "Television and Visual Media", "World Cinema", "Film Festivals" and "Film Programming". To complete your studies, you will either write a dissertation, produce a short film or undertake a film programming project.
