The Make-Up course teaches relevant techniques for application of make-up. This covers a number of areas enabling you to apply make-up professionally, including Day, Evening, Wedding/Special Occasion and Camouflage make-up. You will learn how to complete a facial examination to identify the correct application for the client.
Students will complete a client consultation process with the model(s) and undertake the application to give the client the desired look. All make-up tools and products for the training day will be supplied by the Academy. High quality products will be used throughout the training and can be purchased by students if they wish to do so at wholesale prices. Successful students will receive a fully recognised make-up certificate to allow them to purchase or add to existing insurance to enable them to undertake make-up applications on the public.
Students are normally expected to supply their own model(s) for the course, but if this is not possible then please notify the Academy at time of booking, so that model(s) can be supplied by the Academy.
