An operations/departmental manager is someone who manages teams and projects, and is focused on achieving operational of departmental goals and objectives. If you aspire to high levels of responsibility, managing a team and ensuring success through your excellent organisation, this could be the career for you.

This Higher Apprenticeship is an opportunity for existing employees and managers to have their role assessed and recognised in the workplace and to gain a professional qualification by attending College one evening per week.
