Course Title: Management Level 3

Overview:

This programme is aimed at people who are supervisors, junior managers or deputy managers. They will be responsible for the control of activities and work output of a team and have the ability and the opportunity to demonstrate recognisable management and leadership skills i.e.
providing leadership, planning and implementing change, managing a budget, managing a project.

They will have a limited level of responsibility and decision making authority.

Course Content:

Completion of 7 units in total, 4 mandatory units:

• Manage your own resources and professional
  development
• Provide leadership in your area of responsibility
• Allocate and monitor the progress and quality of work in
  your area of responsibility
• Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met in your area
  of responsibility

Plus 3 units of your choice
