Course Overview

Managing Successful Programmes is the de facto standard developed by the UK government for delivering transformation programmes in the UK. This course covers the latest version released in September 2007 and is designed for individuals who have undertaken the 5 day Practitioner Course and passed the examination, and now wish to move on to the higher examination level available.

Public and in-house courses: Courses are based around the case study scenario that is used for the Advanced Practitioner examination.

The standard for this qualification is higher than for the old version of the exams and manual. Individuals who have the old (pre 2007) version of the manual and qualification will find this course challenging and test them at a higher level than before.

Why should you use Aspire Europe?
The case for using Aspire Europe is compelling; we are an Accredited Training and Accredited Consultancy Organisation by the OGC and APM Group. Our trainers are mainly practicing consultants that have achieved Registered Consultant status.

Aspire Europe Ltd also provided the Lead Author for the 2007 version of Managing Successful Programmes as well as the Lead Author for the development of the OGC Maturity Models, P3M3.

Prior to the event there will be preparation work to consolidate the work undertaken on the Practitioner course into a viable programme for MSP Care. The amount of work that individuals will need to put in will depend on the time since their 5 day Practitioner Course.

The 2 day course is intense but fun, and is intended to be interactive whilst challenging. Delivery is not through PowerPoint presentation but group learning and problem solving.
