Managing Successful Programmes - New Release Workshop

AUDIENCE: This course is for all parties interested in the new version of the MSP Manual.
PREREQUISITES: Delegates are expected to have passed the MSP Foundation Examination.
DURATION: 1 day.
OBJECTIVES: This is an intensive workshop that will give individuals a great insight into the changes, why they been introduced and the process that was used. This event is interactive giving delegates the opportunity to discuss the implications and broaden their understanding.

The mandate for change
New structures and terminology
Major new areas and changes
Governance Themes - an examination of each Theme, either introducing the contents or explaining what is different
Transformational Flow - an examination of each of the Processes, explaining the changes and the benefits
Appendices - highlight major changes to documents and their structures
Introduce the new chapters on Programme Office and Health Checks
