- The importance of good posture and the application of ergonomics in the workplace, including driving and in the office

Assessment :
receive a certificate of attendance valid for one year and a copy of their own Passport in Manual Handling which shows what training they have undertaken.
certification: Students are continuously assessed as each topic is explained. Practical skills are demonstrated by the facilitator, discussed and then practised by the students. Upon successful completion of a short multi choice test.
