Course Description:

This half day course providing training in manual handling is designed to help easily prevent personal injury and to help attendees comply with current manual handling legislation.

Using multimedia presentations and practicals, our experienced trainers teach attendees about how the spine and back work and how to safely lift heavy objects, in order to show how damage can be easily avoided.

Training is provided either at our own specialised site or provided for in house training.

At the end of the course candidates will take a short test of the content covered and upon completion will receive a Certificate of Competence.
