About this course

El objetivo de esta formación es capacitar a los alumnos para que puedan llevar a cabo una dirección eficiente en los departamentos de marketing y los departamentos comerciales, y adquieran las habilidades directivas necesarias para gestionar equipos de trabajo competitivos. El plan formativo te permitirá conocer la conducta organizacional, mejorarás tus competencias en investigación de mercados y en previsión de cuentas, y te formarás en global marketing. Podrás mejorar tus habilidades de gestión de la red de ventas y mejorar tus estrategias para diseñar un plan de marketing.

Esta formación de máster está pensada para titulados que puedan acreditar un mínimo de experiencia en el sector y para profesionales que deseen incrementar sus conocimientos y aptitudes para el liderazgo en marketing y ventas. El máster se cursará de forma presencial en Madrid y Barcelona y te permitirá obtener una doble titulación por la EAE Business School y por la UPC o la Universidad Camilo José Cela.
