Master's Degree Course Italian Literature, Language and Culture - Cultural Promotion LM14

The interest of this course of study is mainly aimed at the sectors of protection and enhancement of cultural heritage, both tangible and intangible, and in the planning and realization of events in an integrated perspective of cultural and environmental heritages. The study plan includes activities aimed at acquiring advanced knowledge in the fields of analysis, communication and management of cultural heritage, connecting the various specialized knowledge (historical-cultural, socio-economic, artistic and territorial). On the solid basis of common teachings, different possible paths are inserted within the wide range of related teachings, among which we point out in particular a path reserved for the history of art, which covers the arc from antiquity to the contemporary age, specific teaching of art criticism and museology, teaching of mother tongue, second and foreign language teaching, aimed both at Italian students interested in working with foreigners and foreign students interested in Italian culture. The training is completed by a wide choice of European foreign languages ​​but also Arabic, with a view to multiculturalism within the Mediterranean basin. At the end of the course, graduates of the master's degree course in Italian literature, language and culture with a focus on cultural promotion will have acquired a solid basic methodological and historical training in linguistic, philological and literary studies.
