Sandra is an experienced professional in the areas of post- disaster recovery, climate change and resilience, as well as in damage and loss economic estimations. She is also experienced in public policy-making, housing, and agricultural risk management. Sandra is currently working as an independent consultant and technical advisor to national and local government institutions through UNDP and the World Bank.
