The Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation is designed to give an in-depth insight into the key factors that underpin entrepreneurship, including the way of thinking, doing and being, with a particular emphasis on teamwork and problem-solving in order to generate new value. Studying and practising business initiative helps professionals develop crucial personal skills, such as creativity and leadership, as well as boosting their self-confidence.
What is entrepreneurship?
The entrepreneurial spirit has long been considered a crucial factor for the progress of economic prosperity of society or individuals. Entrepreneurship adds value by generating new business activities and innovations that optimize resources, processes, industries and opportunities, while, at the same time generating greater social and individual wealth.

This spirit creates the vital force that drives economic growth, the sustainable use of resources and the revitalization of organizations and communities. Entrepreneurs rank among the happiest people in the world in terms of their well-being and satisfaction with their working conditions, according to the report Global Entrepreneurship Monitor 2013. Kauffman’s study "The Anatomy of the Entrepreneur", based on a survey of 549 company founders in different industries, reveals that training is the key to entrepreneurship. The study found that 95.1% of those surveyed had a bachelor's degree and 47% had postgraduate studies.

Learning and networking are therefore useful tools in innovation and entrepreneurial processes. To cater for this market demand, EAE has created the Master in Entrepreneurship. At the end of the tuition period in Barcelona or Madrid, students have the option to take part in a two-week residential program at Babson College.
