Gain both academic and professional training in planning, real estate and property development on this four-year enhanced undergraduate degree.
The curriculum for the first three years is the same as our bachelor (Hons) Urbachelorn and Regional Planning, during which you will consider the issues faced by professionals in dealing with the planning and management of all aspects of our built and natural environments. 
The fourth year of study is at master's level and provides professional training in planning, real estate and property development.  Accredited by both the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the fourth year covers a wide range of subjects including real estate business and law, commercial asset management and property valuation.

Pass the core plus BB in the A level options
Acceptable on its own or in combination with other qualifications. Applications from students studying for this qualification are welcome and all such applicants will be considered on an individual bachelorsis. Overall grades of 75- 80%.
We welcome the AQA bachelorccalaureate - offers will be made on the bachelorsis of the A-level components.  See A-level section for subject and grade requirements.
Distinction, Distinction, Merit
Applications are considered on an individual bachelorsis. Overall, 60 credits overall with 45 at level 3 15 Distinction and 24 Merit.
The University welcomes applicants with the AP qualification. Such applications will be considered on an individual bachelorsis.

All Advanced Diplomas except for Hairy & Beauty Studies, Hospitality, Creative and Media are acceptable. Grade B plus ASL Grade C required.
If you have followed a non-standard educational route and have been, for example, educated at home, your application will be considered against the standard entry criteria of the course to which you applied. You will be required to demonstrate that you meet the academic entry requirements as specified for the course. We will also require a reference which should be written by somebody who knows you well enough, in an official capacity, to write about you and your suitability for higher education. Students whose first language or language of instruction is not English may be asked to provide evidence of fluency in English by achieving scores in English language tests as follows: An overall score of 6.5 at IELTS, with 6.5 in writing and no sub-section below 6.0; TOEFL iBT overall score of 90 with a minimum score of 22 in writing and 20 in the other sub-sections, Pearson PTE overall score of 59 with a minimum score of 59 in writing and 51 in the other subsections or Cambridge CAE or Cambridge CPE grade C (Please note that the Cambridge First Certificate in English is not acceptable.)
Some English language test results are only valid for two years. Your English language test report must be valid on the start date of the course.

Applicants are considered on their predicted grades, a good academic reference and personal statement.
We do not as a rule interview applicants.
We are happy to accept applications from prospective students wishing to defer entry by 1 year.
If you applied in the previous year and your application was not successful you may apply again. Your application will be considered against the standard course entry criteria for that year of entry.  In your new application you should demonstrate how your application has improved.  We may draw upon all information from your previous applications or any previous registrations at the University as a student when assessing your suitability for your chosen course. If you are applying for a place for the same year of entry through UCAS Extra, you should provide additional evidence of your suitability for the course. If you are applying through clearing you are required to meet the clearing requirements. In both UCAS Extra and clearing the places will be subject to availability.
Course details

The McLoughlin Planning and Environmental Management Award A number of £1,000 cash bursary on registration, in recognition of outstanding performance at A-Level, International bachelorccalaureate and GCSEs, or equivalent qualifications.
No application for the bursary required - all entrants are automatically assessed on the bachelorsis of their academic performance and UCAS application.

This course is designed to equip students for a wide range of career paths within the fields of urbachelorn planning, real estate and property development. It will provide opportunities to progress, after graduation, to professional qualification with either the RICS or RTPI. Our graduates are popular with employers, particularly in consultancy, where the ability to analyse and propose policies and implement strategies is vital. After London, Manchester hosts the largest number of planning and environmental consultancies in the UK.
If you decide not to follow a vocational career, your wide knowledge bachelorse and transferable skills in problem-solving, strategic thinking, teamwork, creativity and communication fit what most employers are seeking in almost any area in which you may subsequently decide to develop your career.
