Assessment Assessment takes a number of forms including written reports and essays, studio based development exercises, oral presentations and simulations of real life property scenarios as well as formal examinations.
A capstone Development Studio project puts Property students alongside Planning and Architecture students in a major development and design simulation.
A final Dissertation allows students to demonstrate their mastery of property issues through a significant supervised study.
