This is a one year (full time) or longer (part time) degree offered jointly with the National University of Singapore focused on providing enhanced science communication and science teaching skills for professionals in these fields. The program requires the completion of 8 courses between ANU and NUS.Full time students have the option of spending one semester at NUS and the Science Centre Singapore, and one semester at ANU. Alternatively, both full time and part time students can complete the whole program in a combination of in person courses at NUS and online/intensive courses at ANU.Students can progress at their own pace and choose modules that best suit their work schedule.

About this course

A Bachelor degree or international equivalent with a minimum GPA of 5.0/7.0
Applicants must also have either a qualification at AQF Level 8 or higher (Master degree or Graduate Diploma), or at least 3 years’ work experience in science education or similar fields, which together are considered by ANU to be the equivalent in the learning outcomes of a cognate AQF Level 8 Graduate Diploma.

The Master of Science in Science Communication requires the completion of 20 modular credits from NUS and 24 units from ANU. The ANU courses must consist of:
