The one-and-a-half-year Wildlife Masters is the ideal next step for graduates with a background in biology, ecology, conservation or veterinary medicine. Bringing together the disciplines of animal health and wildlife population management in a truly holistic way, it will give you expertise in conservation techniques for native fauna, diagnosis and management of wildlife health, and management of native and pest species populations.

The Masters offers you maximum flexibility so you can take full advantage of the incredible opportunities available in the program. With a combination of core and elective subjects plus a research project in your area of interest, the degree can be tailored to suit you. And, classes are held in locations across the Greater Sydney area, Southern Highlands of New South Wales and at the Western Plains Zoo in Dubbo so that you get maximum hands-on experience.

The Wildlife Masters is taught by exceptional staff who are highly regarded and actively involved in the field. So you won’t just graduate with a Masters; you’ll have a network of contacts across the field of wildlife health and wildlife management that can mentor you and help you win jobs or further your studies.
