Course programme

Year 1

The course consists of four units which link together and provide support in helping learners with developing their numeracy skills. The units include: Number, Algebra, Shape amp; Space, and Data Handling. This course will support those who are delivering Skills for Life, GCSE, Functional Skills or who would like a better understanding at how to support learners with developing their numeracy skills.

All units are internally assessed through the learner completing Ascentis assignments that covers the relevant assessment criteria.
