Maturity Introduction

Course Overview

Maturity Assessments are now well established in many industries as the way to baseline and improve performance. It uses the Office of Government Commerce’s Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Maturity Model (P3M3) as the basis for the assessment. The course can lead to a nationally recognised award following a post-course exercise.

Duration: 1 day workshop, total of 30 hours of study time for the award.

Public courses: Public courses are based around a case study.

Aspire Europe are at the forefront of the development of P3M3, and were the OGC’s lead authors for the refresh. As an APMG Accredited Consultancy we have unique access to the tools in this area, and the event trainers will be qualified Registered Consultants, or one of the authors themselves.

The Aspire Europe model ensures that both organisations and individuals gain from the training. We deliver knowledge during the course, the EDI assessment then requires this to be put into practice in the work place. Saving on classroom time and making the outcomes specific to the organisation. Giving 30 hours learning time.
