The Business Environment

This module covers the structure of the external business environment in which organisations operate. It specifically prepares you for a career in international business by addressing economic, political and legal issues.

Content includes the national economic environment; major economic systems including Asian capitalism, planned and transition economies; the global economy and competitive environment; the changing political environment; an outline of the legal regimes of UN, EU, NAFTO and WTO; and global change and the international environment.
