Course programme

Modules shown are for the current academic year, and are subject to change depending on your year of entry.

You will focus on core modules – covering managerial concepts and the study of company functions, leading on to business environment and strategy – to build your foundation in business.

You will then build your own elective and project portfolio that suits your academic and career ambitions.

Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Design is a unique module which invites you on an entrepreneurial journey. It exposes you to the challenges of effectively introducing novel products and services to market whilst working in a multidisciplinary team.

Following this, you choose six elective modules from a choice of over 20, completing the year with the MBA final project.

You will have the opportunity to work on consultancy projects with big names such as Arup, PwC, GE Healthcare, the NHS, central government and Laing O'Rourke. The benefits of this consultancy are two-fold:

  • for the organisation, the opportunity to gain a high-quality piece of research or consultancy when in-house resources are lacking;
