Course programme

The MBA General Management is divided into three Flex Terms and one term for the Master thesis over a total period of 24 months. Thanks to the flexible structure, you can enter the study program either in September (Flex Term 1) or March (Flex Term 2).

The program covers topics from three major General Management modules: "Business & Management Knowledge", "Executive & Leadership Skills", and "International Business Environment". In addition, you select two out of four elective courses, one in Flex Term 2 and one in Flex Term 3. This effective modular structure is the basis for a challenging yet flexible part-time program allowing for the completion of the MBA degree without having to put your professional career on hold.

Two International Weeks at the end of Flex Term 2 and 3, respectively, offer further insights into European and Asian business environments and help to enhance your international network.

With your Master thesis, you demonstrate a profound understanding of current business topics and the ability to apply specific scientific methods to a real-world business situation.
