The full-time MBA International Management is a state-of-the-art MBA program tailored to the needs and demands of today's globalized business world. It is designed to convey a comprehensive set of business knowledge and management tools, and to teach, develop, and enhance your executive and leadership skills.
The MBA International Management is available for candidates with an above-average university degree from an accredited university as well as minimum two years of professional work experience after Bachelor graduation. Furthermore, the program requires very good English skills (TOEFL iBT 90/IELTS 6.5/ELS 112) as it is entirely taught in English. All candidates should have managerial and leadership potential, excellent interpersonal, and communication skills as well as a high degree of maturity and motivation. Furthermore, candidates should be able to contribute to class learning in the program and show evidence that the MBA will add value to an already successful career.
The MBA International Management is available for candidates with a first above-average university degree from an accredited university (German GPA of minimum 2.5 (US system: 3.0/4.0 or better)) as well as minimum two years of professional work experience after the Bachelor graduation. Furthermore, the program requires very good English skills (TOEFL iBT 90/IELTS 6.5/ELS 112) as it is entirely taught in English.

Practical relevant study program and individualized content:
- Combine two of four elective courses (""Digital Business Transformation"" and ""Management in Emerging Markets"" in term 1 (September-December), and ""Global Supply Chain Management"" and ""Social Entrepreneurship"" in term 2 (February-May))

Business in China
In addition you can choose to optionally take the corresponding language class: German, Spanish or Chinese
- In term 3, you select either an international immersion or one of two practical immersions. Options are

Course programme
The MBA International Management is divided into three terms over a period of 15 months. Courses are held from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Students qualifying for the Fast Track finish their studies within 12 months (see below).
By studying MBA International Management, you receive in-class instructions on business topics and executive skills during term 1 (September-December) and term 2 (January-May). In addition, you choose two of four Elective Coursesas well as your individual International Focus. Furthermore, you may opt for a foreign language course.
In term 3 (June-December), you select your Individual Immersion and write your final thesis. The Master thesis demonstrates your profound understanding of current business topics and the ability to apply scientific methods to a real-world business situations. The topic is chosen in collaboration with a company.
Depending on your professional experience, you may be eligible to waive the practical or international immersion in term 3. This so-called Fast Track reduces the overall study time to a total of 12 months.
In determining a candidate's potential for the Fast Track, several factors are considered. The primary factor is having several years of higher level managerial experience as well as international work experience. The final decision will be taken by the Academic Program Director.

The application process consists of a written application and a personal interview. When submitting your application, you must provide the following mandatory documents for your application to be considered:
- Statement of Purpose / Letter of Motivation (1-2 pages) - Current curriculum vitae- A copy of your official academic transcript stating your final grade*- Two references of your current or previous employers- GMAT (minimum 600) or equivalent GRE score or registration for the Pre-MBA International Management- Sufficient evidence of English proficiency (TOEFL: 90; IELTS: 6.5; ELS: 112)- A copy of your passport details page (the one with the photo)- A recent passport size photo- Completed application form
*Original or certified copies of these documents will need to be provided if you are successful in gaining admission to the program.
