Formed in 1996 by Isabel McKenzie who remains the senior partner in our business. McKenzies set out to be an equality and diversity consultancy with several key differentials which we still operate today and as part of our overall mission and values: We focus exclusively within the areas of equality, diversity and inclusionWe only employ or engage consultants and facilitators who are qualified experts within their respective field of equality diversity or inclusionWe design and develop meaningful, engaging, interactive and practical training. We substitute ‘talk and chalk’, lectures, role plays, flip charts and videos for fun and modern methods of learning and engaging people at all levels within organisations.
