Mechanical Engineering

Mechanical Engineering (ME) familiarizes students with applications of principles of Engineering, Physics and Materials Science for analysis, design, manufacturing, and maintenance of mechanical systems. It involves production and usage of heat and mechanical power for design, production, and operation of machines and tools. The course develops an understanding of core concepts of Mechanics, Kinematics, Thermodynamics, Materials Science, Structural Analysis, Electricity, etc.
