Programme Description:
This mechanical engineering course is a one year full-time college course incorporating work placement within the industry.
The BTEC level 3 60 credit engineering Subsidiary Diploma forms the first year of the full 180 credit Extended Diploma (for full time progression) or the 90 credit Diploma (for part-time, apprentice, progression). Practical skills are developed using a full EAL level 2 64 credit Performing Engineering Operations (PEO) NVQ diploma. Included in this enhanced learning programme are essential skills units where applicable.
