Mechanical Engineering at Sussex equips you with the skills to succeed in your future career. You also have the opportunity to apply for a year working in industry.
You’re given specialist training to lead multidisciplinary teams in the development of complex systems. These include sustainable power generation, power-trains for automotive vehicles, and jet engines for aircraft propulsion.
You’ll study in our £12-million Future Technologies Labs, dedicated to teaching and research in computing, robotics, electronics and mechatronics.
