This course combines a thorough understanding of mass-media theory and practices together with a penetrating insight into the workings of the public relations industry.

The Public Relations part of the curriculum covers both theoretical and practical aspects of PR. It embraces the complete range of public relations activities and stresses the importance of an integrated approach.

The Media Practices curriculum will also study the practices involved in producing, describing, analysing and responding to the media (including film, television, radio and new media).
