This is a practical course, designed to enable delegates to take important notes in meetings and reproduce this information into relevant minutes.

Venue - Preston College, Fulwood Campus, St Vincents Roard, Preston, PR2 8UD or Client's Premises Date.

Course Content:
The course consists the following:

• Types and purpose of meetings.
• The role of the minute-taker.
• Key personnel in meetings.
• Agendas.
• Recording minutes.
• Compiling minutes.
• Distribution of minutes.
• Action planning.
• Practical sessions for minute taking.

On completion of the programme delegates will have acquired underpinning knowledge that can be used in the work place. This can also be used as evidence towards the achievement of a Management National Vocational Qualification
