MFRUK is a leading provider of workshops specialising in myofascial release with over 7 years of experience in teaching integrated myofascial therapy, a whole-body hands-on approach to healthcare.
The workshops provide the skilful integration of easy to use and effective modern and traditional fascial and soft tissue techniques that will create structural change which is both measurable and functional.
Techniques can be integrated into existing practices with the training at post graduate level for physiotherapists, sports, remedial and massage therapists and other healthcare providers. CPD certificates of attendance are provided and MFRUK is accredited with the FHT and CThA.
Each workshop is over 2 days with 3 core levels, a myofascial unwinding, movement facilitation, workshop and an advanced level. Workshops are available around the UK.
