Course Overview:
This course aims to familiarise the new user with the concepts of database design and implementation using Microsoft Access. The content includes the design and editing of the four main parts of a database system - Tables, Queries, Forms and Reports. At the end of the course, delegates should be able to create and use database systems with confidence.
This course builds on day 1 to familiarise the delegate with the more advanced features of Access. The content includes the design, creation and maintenance of linked (relational) database systems.
Delegates will practice their new skills, ask questions and complete revision exercises. Learners will sit “mock tests” including online diagnostics. This will enable them to address any gaps in their knowledge prior to taking the actual online ITQ Access exam. The results will be shared with the delegate immediately after the test.
