Beginners sessions cover:
- creating or using an existing spread sheet,
- entering and editing numerical and other data accurately,
- creating, naming, opening, saving, printing, closing and finding,
- sorting and display order: lists, tables, etc.,
- graphs and charts,
- simple arithmetic formulae, and
- judgement of when and how to use these methods.
Intermediate sessions cover the beginners elements, and:
- identifying, entering and editing numerical and other information needed in the spreadsheet, including numbers, charts, graphs, text, images,
- inserting data into single and multiple cells, clear cells, edit cell contents, replicate data,
- finding and replacing, adding and deleting rows and columns,
- using absolute and relative cell reference, and
- adding data and text to a chart.
Advanced sessions cover the intermediate elements, and:
- functions formulas and calculations,
- summarising, analysing and interpreting data,
- mathematical, statistical, financial, logical,
- 'what-if' scenarios, goal seek, data tables, views,
- concatenation, filters, macros, pivot tables,
- data validation, sorting and filtering, and
- arrays, lookup arguments and data validation, summary data.
