The course introduces eXtensible Markup Language (XML), and then provides a solid introduction to the use of InfoPath for designing XML-based forms. It shows how to add form controls to InfoPath forms, how to validate data to ensure accurate and consistent information, and how to use pre-defined XML data schemas to allow data to be merged with existing data storage systems.
