Course Overview:
To be a confident user of Project with the ability to plan and manage complex projects.

This course is designed to equip the new user with the basic concepts of Microsoft Project. The user is taken through every stage of project creation and set-up, including input of task data, precedence relationships, setting constraints, inputting resources, using calendars, printing and managing the overall progress of the project.

Day 2 of the course builds on day 1 to cover critical tasks and slack time, resolving resource over-allocations, keeping track of the project and managing several projects simultaneously.

Delegates will practice their new skills, ask questions and complete revision exercises. Learners will sit “mock tests” including online diagnostics. This will enable them to address any gaps in their knowledge prior to taking the actual online ITQ Project exam. The results will be shared with the delegate immediately after the test.
