MIG/MAG, TIG & MMA welding skills analysis will quantify your current skill level, allowing you to access the right qualification, coding or training. The assessment session will quantify your current skill level. Therefore, allowing you and the instructor to agree on the level qualification or the amount of training required for coding. The instructor will take into account your experience, motivation, career goals and the company’s objectives.
You will complete the initial task unaided and then given advice and training for your last job to assess the speed of improvement from the intervention. At the end of the session, will discuss with you a plan for courses and guidance on your next steps.
From your assessment future, training and duration are designed. As a result, the training can comprise of any combination of welding processes (MMA, TIG, MIG/MAG, FCAW) and joint configurations, as required for the qualifications or competence.
Welding training tailored to your individual needs for joints, metal type and configurations. Training can include fillet, and butt welds in sheet, plate and pipe for various thickness ranges in relevant welding positions.
We will design a training package based on the required welding process, material, thickness, weld joint, and welding positions.
All courses come with complimentary coffee, tea and chilled bottled water.

Course programme
The development of each candidate is different, so programmes are built to fit each candidate. Therefore to understand your level and to get the best from the training you will undertake a welding skills analysis. The Welding Skills Analysis is a one-hour practical session that takes place in our workshop or at your company.
The assessment session will quantify your current skill level and allow the instructor to agree with you on the level qualification or the amount of training required for coding. The instructor will take into account your experience, motivation, and the company’s objectives.
You will complete the initial task unaided and then given advice and training for your last job to assess the speed of improvement from the intervention. At the end of the session, will discuss with you a plan for courses and guidance on your next steps.
