Military Workout Ltd are a REPS and Skills Active training provider. We train Gym Instructors/Personal Trainers/Coaches and PE Teachers how to deliver Military style outdoor fun fitness sessions. Certification of Military Workout Trainer is granted upon successful completion of the course and 16 Continued Professional Development points (16 CPD)
