The Mind Mastery Practitioner Programme integrates your personal growth and development with building your coaching skills. The programme includes:

- Content that incorporates the full INLPTA NLP Practitioner syllabus.
- Content that fulfils the learning requirements and all coaching
practice requirements for the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching.
- You can upgrade to a Diploma in Coaching with some additional
coaching practice.
- 10 days in a total face to face training.
- 4 live webinars (which you can listen back to for a year following
the end of the course).

Integrated NLP Practitioner and ILM Coaching Certification:

Certification Requirements:
NLP Practitioner Certificates are awarded to delegates who:
Complete the 10-day course and attend the webinar sessions (or listen back).
Demonstrate an understanding and application of concepts, skills and behaviours taught throughout the course.
Complete the INLPTA written integration of NLP content and theory.
Participate and demonstrate NLP Practitioner level skill and behaviour during the final integration module.
ILM Level 5 Certificate or Diploma Coaching and Mentoring
For the Certificate and Diploma, there are 3 assignments to complete.

Dual Certification:

INLPTA NLP Practitioner Certification and ILM Level 5 Certificate or Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring.

All delegates will complete the NLP Practitioner
Certification. The ILM qualifications are optional and delegates should choose either the Level 5 Certificate OR Level 5 Diploma when they register for the programme.

INLPTA NLP Practitioner:

Training Structure Requirements for certification as an INLPTA NLP Practitioner are:

  • Trained by an INLPTA registered NLP Trainer or Master Trainer.
  • The certification training meets INLPTA training structure requirements.
  • Minimum of 130 hours of formal course room training (excluding breaks longer than 30 minutes)
  • Minimum of 15 days of formal course room training.
  • The attended training meets the INLPTA accreditation competency standards and guidelines.
  • The candidate has successfully met the competency standards of INLPTA of NLP Practitioner, as assessed by the registered INLPTA Trainer.

Assessment for INLPTA NLP Practitioner:

Students will demonstrate their competence and understanding of NLP will be awarded an INLPTA sealed NLP Practitioner Certification which entitles the holder to use the model, skills and techniques learnt. They will demonstrate this by:
  • Completing a Written Integration of the content taught throughout the course.
  • Participating in the Integration Weekend, where students will be invited to work with someone using NLP, selecting the appropriate interventions and carrying them out with skill and competence. Students will be supervised by INLPTA trainers for support.
  • Demonstrating the Presuppositions of NLP through their behaviour throughout the courses.
