An eight week course which will help you understand many aspects of yourself and those you interact with. You will gain self awareness and greater listening skills, which will enhance your job roles or applications. This course is extremely beneficial in moving onto the next stage, be it in a counselling qualification or any arena involving the personal development arena - a truly great starting point.
You will be introduced to the practices involved in Mindfulness, Meditation, How Bach Flower Remedies work, the positive effects of Reiki and other tools that can assist your personal development. Over eight weeks you will concentrate on developing your own skills of listening, responding and clarifying and are given opportunities to practice these basic skills through discussion and exercises. The course is for people age 18 or over who are interested in finding what Mindfulness is all about, and for those who want to understand basic listening skills to help others either in a voluntary or employed situation.
80% attendance is required, 100% is desirable due to the experiential nature of the course. Think A Great Life!!
