Mini Excavator Operator

Aims

• To teach the correct, recommended operating practices for this type of excavator; to the standards set by the manufacturers, endorsed by the various training bodies.
• To highlight the risks associated with general use, driving and refuelling this type of machine.
• To inform and educate through classroom lectures, video presentations and group exercises the theoretical knowledge of lift trucks.
• Practical sessions will be by Instructor demonstration and delegate repeats, using simple staged sessions.

All delegates will be required to successfully complete both a theoretical knowledge test and practical skills assessment. The standards for these being set by the appropriate accrediting training body.
