The Minor in Organizational Sciences is anchored in a human-centered system philosophy of organizations. The curriculum incorporates a variety of social sciences as well as departmental specialties in I-O psychology, communication, leadership, strategy, human resource management and organizational behavior. Students learn to apply theories, concepts and tools to address problems and improve an organization’s effectiveness.
