Description

The MMath Mathematics course at Swansea University is a 4 year advanced initial degree which covers a range of mathematical material, including Pure and Applied Mathematics and Mathematics for Finance.

The mathematics course gives you the chance to explore and understand the number theory that Pythagoras studied, the Financial Mathematics that the stock market relies on, and a wealth of other topics including probability analysis, nonlinear partial differential equations, noncommutative geometry and algebraic topology. These are all research specialisms of Swansea Mathematics lecturers.

After following our mathematics programme, your transferable skills will allow you to progress into many careers, including IT, finance, manufacturing and analysis.
