Why study the Master of Molecular BiologyMolecular biology is the study of the structure and function of genes and the proteins they encode, including genome sequencing, recombinant DNA technology and macromolecular structure determination. This program provides advanced theoretical and practical training in molecular biology through lectures, workshops, extended projects and directed study. Students gain training in research methodology in molecular biology and have the opportunity to undertake major individual research.
