History

Karen Meager and John McLachlan founded Monkey Puzzle in 2007. They both had successful careers in business and accountancy and loved the people side of their work, developing others, working with customers and suppliers and getting the best out of people. Now both qualified coaches, therapists and NLP Trainers with the International NLP Trainers Association, Karen, John and their team help individuals and families to become all they can be and work with businesses who want to help their people do the same.
