Health and Safety Tools and equipment used in vehicle refinishing Applying fillers and foundation materials Preparing metal and prepainted surfaces Repairing minor paint defects Working with plastic materials and components After taking this course you will have a qualification that will show employees and customers that you have the skills required to carry out paint repairs to paintwork as a result of accidents. The course runs at our Printworks Campus. Ideally candidates should have achieved minimum GCSE grade D or Functional Skills at Level 1 in Maths and English. Successful completion of this course should provide you with a route towards potential employment and access to the Level 3 paint courses.
