Course programme

If you are aged 16 to 18, have successfully completed Motor Vehicle Level 2 and looking for a career in the Automotive industry, this one year study programme has been specifically designed to further develop your knowledge and skills and prepare you for progression into an apprenticeship, employment or Higher Education.

The programme covers a wide range of motor vehicle topics to an advanced level. At Level 3 you will be expected to carry out practical tasks to industry standards and be able to diagnose complex faults.

There is a real focus on progression (see Career Options and Progression), careers and the world of work and you will further develop your employability skills.
