MSc Applied Sport and Exercise Science

Acquire an understanding of science and the ability to apply theory to practice in sport and exercise. Work towards British Association of Sport and Exercise Science (BASES) accreditation. Conduct independent research and gain experience as a sport or exercise science consultant.

The course is delivered by our expert staff, many of whom support elite athletes and undertake cutting-edge research as part of their day-to-day work. Many of our staff members are accredited by professional bodies such as the British Association for Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES), and we work collaboratively work with our research centre, the Centre for Sport and Exercise Science, to consult, research and teach.
